Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in consumer, lifestyle, or adjacent retail sectors
  • Demonstrated success managing direct-to-consumer and partner-led markets across Asia
  • Proven track record in P&L ownership, balancing strategic vision with hands-on operational delivery
  • Experience building and scaling regional teams in fast-growth, performance-driven environments
  • Strong cultural agility, stakeholder influence, and ability to thrive in dynamic contexts
