Regional Business Development Position


This role is focused on driving commercial growth and expansion across regional markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional leads, and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Growth & Sales Execution: Develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, networking, and nurturing healthcare professionals and institutional leads. Identify and qualify business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term business relationships with doctors, healthcare administrators, and institutional partners. Proactively address customer concerns and objections with confidence, providing tailored solutions.
  • Solution Enablement: Develop a deep technical and clinical understanding of the products and effectively communicate value to stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Solutions Engineer to fulfill customer requirements, including product demonstrations, configuration, and testing.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership: Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop sales collateral, product literature, and customer-facing materials. Support development of online and offline marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, and event promotion.

This role requires a hunter and closer with a strong track record of achieving sales quotas in complex B2B healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders. Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this individual will be able to travel extensively within the region.


Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of proven business development and deal-closing experience in healthtech, biotech, medtech, imaging, or pharma industries.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • A solid network of industry contacts across hospitals, healthcare systems, and life sciences organizations is highly desirable.
