Job Opportunity

This role involves driving new revenue streams and expanding platform opportunities through effective sales strategies and commercial planning.

  • Develop and execute product and commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Identify and develop enterprise solutions, acquire new corporate clients, and close deals through a series of trainings and events
  • Manage relationships with clients and key partners within the business arena and real estate agency community to generate new leads and develop new accounts
  • Lead sales teams to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, and implement disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B growth roles within serviced office, commercial real estate, co-working hospitality in Singapore and/or Malaysia
  • Experience in business development with ability to generate own leads for enterprise and corporate and event sales, drive results and supervise sales teams in multi-market
  • Strong network among landlords and brokerage firms in Singapore and/or Malaysia
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building, and executive presence skills

About This Opportunity

This role is stationed in Singapore with regular business travel to Kuala Lumpur. A degree in Business and/or related fields is preferred.
