**Job Description**:
You will be supporting the team in the evaluation and administration of the CapitaLand Innovation Fund (CIF) and the Customer Services and Solutions (CSS) functions including Voice of Customers surveys.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the CSS team with industry research, process improvements and the Voice of Customer survey using customer feedback to identify service gaps
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and updates to internal stakeholders
- Create video clips, digital materials and maintain website content etc.
- Organise and support events
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Communications, Media,Business Administration or any other related disciplines
- Curiosity, openness to ideas and resourceful to research/understand competing ideas
- Keen to develop project management skills and confidence to network with internal and external parties
- Tech savvy and creative
- Driven and passionate about innovation
