Central Singapore Stafflink Services Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

Location: Central area

Working Hour: Weekday 10am - 7pm, Weekend 10am - 5 pm; Structured work schedule with one weekday off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers by providing clear and accurate information about our services

  • Match employers with suitable domestic helpers based on household needs and preferences

  • Conduct interviews and assist in shortlisting both local and overseas candidates

  • Manage the full spectrum of documentation and processing for helper deployment

  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers and training centres when needed

  • Respond to employer inquiries and offer prompt after-sales support when issues arise

  • Maintain accurate records of helper biodata, client profiles, and processing statuses

  • Arrange medical check-ups, interviews, flight bookings, and onboarding schedules

  • Perform general administrative duties and support other ad hoc tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a maid agency or similar environment

  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and domestic helper processes preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach

  • Ability to stay composed, organised, and efficient under pressure

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working both independently and in a small team
