[What the role is]
The Branded Entertainment Partnerships team from HQ leads STB’s global branded entertainment efforts targeted at the international tourist audience, so as to drive brand desirability of destination Singapore through a deeper, more native and creative format of storytelling. The key goals of our branded entertainment efforts are to 1) Drive destination sheen for Singapore and
2) Showcase our destination storytelling at a global level.
You will be a key member of the team that identifies and strikes partnerships with global media and entertainment companies; and leverages their artistes, intellectual property, expertise, distribution and marketing platforms to co-create and deliver entertainment content that profiles destination Singapore, across the pillars of TV, film, gaming, music, audibles, etc. In addition, you would also drive marketing campaigns and/or activations around these branded entertainment projects.
These engagements could include 1) collaborating with mega influencers on native entertainment content, branded content or joint activations as part of STB's campaigns as well as 2) developing the strategy and executing the workplan for the gaming pillar.
**[What you will be working on]**
Mega Influencers - Project Management
- Identify and collaborate with mega influencers; through key global media and entertainment companies, with resonance across our key markets and demographics on branded content and/or marketing activations to heighten our campaigns and drive destination appeal.
- Develop creative proposals for pitching to record labels and entertainment companies.
- Drive negotiations of partnership entitlements, partnership and contracting model.
- Oversee production process.
- Deliver integrated marketing efforts of the content/activation across our paid, earned and owned channels.
- Managing mega influencers and/or their artiste management or music labels to ensure a smooth relationship and STB's achievement of our desired outcomes.
Gaming - Strategy & Project Management
- Assist in the delivery of STB’s branded entertainment gaming strategy and workplan, which would include pitching to identified marquee players in the gaming sector, working with key external partners such as WOG agencies and tourism stakeholders, and internal STB line units.
- Develop and present our brief, joint partnership goals and collaboration areas to partners; so as to drive towards aligned and mutually beneficial marketing outcomes for both parties.
- Evaluate proposals based on key criteria and ROI.
- Drive negotiations of partnership entitlements, partnership and contracting model and project management. Influence and deepen the brand storytelling of Singapore as part of the gaming collaboration. Oversee the production process.
- Drive subsequent integrated marketing efforts to amplify the project across our paid, earned and owned channels.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, partnerships, business development and/or project management.
- Strong team player with the willingness to go above and beyond the job scope.
- Highly motivated, organised, able to perform under pressure and within tight timeline.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to navigate issues, negotiate and offer solutions.
- Comfortable and experienced in contract management.
- Meticulous eye for detail, creative flair.
- Have some experience working with creative, media and public relations agencies.
- Interest in media and entertainment trends and landscape. Passion for gaming and/or experience in music scene would be favourable.
