**Bring your passion and drive to maximize LEGOLANDs use of the LEGO IP through providing expert brand support and collaborative LEGO brand management.**
**Core Responsibilities**- Be the brand ambassador and help build strong LEGO brand experiences across LEGOLAND parks and Discovery Centers across the region- Ensure accurate representation of the brand across the global suite of LEGOLAND Parks, Hotels and Discovery Centres- Manage the Approvals process for the region (as licensor for the LEGOLAND brand)- Run LEGO Brand Training program across the LEGOLAND estate, ensuring its roll out, iteration and usage in partnership with Merlin- Use LEGO Brand assessment tools and process to identify commercial and brand opportunities across LEGOLAND estate.- Engage directly with LEGO and Merlin senior team members across region to ensure LEGO brand training, approvals and compliance meet expectations- Be part of global brand relations team and ensure alignment on the Approvals, Assessment and Training workstreams across regions

**Do you have what it takes?**- Experience managing a top tier global brand- Demonstrated ability to navigate a sophisticated people network and communicate effectively across different cultures, roles and levels of seniority- High degree of personal integrity- Ability to multi-task several priorities simultaneously- Strong collaborative and partnership attitude; demonstrated leadership and partnership abilities- Able to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team- Flexible and resilient towards project/situation changes- Willing to travel 1-2X per month- Leisure industry knowledge and experience preferred- Experience developing and implementing training tools and processes- Ability to balance global direction and localized approach
