**The opportunity**

Omnicom Public Relations Group’s Singapore office has an immediate opportunity for a Vice President to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with top Singapore clients, work closely with the media, and put your solid research, writing, client management skills to use. As an experienced industry professional, you will advance brand communications objectives that embrace the client’s strategy and positioning and be an integral part of one of the most successful teams in the office.

**What you’ll do**
- Lead Singapore’s portfolio, working closely with the Singapore leadership to develop a new business strategy for the team, execute the strategy, and demonstrate creativity in approaching and securing new business opportunities.
- Lead your team to develop compelling proposals and new business pitches, present them proficiently and persuasively to clients.
- Strategically to manage all aspects of tech accounts, thinking about our client’s business on a global scale and with creativity.

**What you’ll need**
- More than ten (10) years of agency experience, or agency and in-house experience with a solid background in creating communications programs for companies.
- Proven team leadership capabilities, especially managing and influencing the careers of high performers.
- Ability to proactively address resourcing and capacity planning.
- Proven track record of cultivating existing business and setting new business strategy to develop new clients.
- Ability to build strategic relationships at the senior level, proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
