**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions
- Recruitment, orientation and internship programs
- Maintain & update HRIS, personnel filing system
- Payroll processing, OT calculation, tax clearance, IRAS reporting
- Time management system & leave administration
- Immigration and work passes
- Maintain and improve training record and databases for ISO audit
- Statistics
- Front office administration and dormitory management
- Safety issues, insurance and industrial accidents reporting
- Other adhoc projects or duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- IT savvy, well versed in MS Office, Powerpoint, Flick Solution (TMS) & SAGE EPE modules
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, initiative and meet tight deadlines
- Matured, able to work independently & willing to handle multiple tasks
- Must be well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills
- Able to commence work soon will be an advantage
