- Ensure the smooth operations and customer experience at all counters.
- To provide quality service to the tenants, visitors and shoppers.
- Welcome arriving guests while offering superior service, professionalism, warmth and a polished appearance at all times.
- Registering and ushering visitors at the lobbies and from the drop off points.
- Assisting with recommendations, queries and way-finding.
- Facilitating asset viewings, VIP visits and service recovery events.
- Performing redemption and gift voucher sale at the retail mall, when required.
- Any other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and uplift of service experience.

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 to 3 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high grooming standards.
- Highly motivated and possess good initiative.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon
- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

**Salary**: $2,500 - $3,000
