We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative operations and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and repair projects. This position requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the office team.
- Communicate with outsourced service providers and coordinate maintenance and repair works.
- Schedule and track maintenance projects to ensure timely completion.
- Attend on-site when necessary to supervise and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service provider details.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of maintenance/repair processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to job sites when needed.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus.
