The primary objectives involve expanding into new markets within the region and fostering strong, enduring relationships with customers. The aim is to achieve substantial sales growth and enhance the Company's regional presence. Additionally, effective management of distributors in the region is crucial, with a specific focus on adjustable speed drives - AC Drives, VFD and VFD. The overarching goal is to establish a robust foundation for market penetration and sustained success.

**Job scope**:

- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships for FA products and Industrial sales businesses.
- Cover geographical areas including ASEAN countries, Bangladesh, Middle East, and Oceania.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives and drive revenue.
- Identify and explore potential new markets to expand the customer base and extend regional/global reach.
- Generate sales leads, build channels, and engage with dealers, distributors, OEMs, consultants, contractors, etc.
- Participate in commercial and technical discussions with customers alongside the engineering team, collecting feedback for product improvement.
- Coordinate with the factory on customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions, keeping an eye on emerging markets.
- Analyze sales and operational data, make accurate sales forecasts, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitors' activities.
- Stay informed about industrial market trends and prepare monthly management reports.
- Monitor and manage Order/Sales/Gross profit/expenses results against the budget, taking timely countermeasures when necessary.

**Education Qualification**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field.

**Work Experience**:

- Extensive experience in a similar industry and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) environments.
- Demonstrated sales track record, highlighting the ability to navigate and drive sales processes from planning to successful deal closure.
- Possesses a strong business sense coupled with industry expertise.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of adjustable speed drive - AC Drives, VFD and VSD and familiarity with various drive products and control systems (Servo, Motors, HMI, PLC, etc.).
- Preferably equipped with project management skills.
- Established contacts with distributors, consultants, and contractors in ASEAN countries.
