**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To handles the following products and portfolio campaigns:

- Regal Metal Card
- Business Plus Card
- Zuellig Signature Biz Card
- Product refresh and upgrade
- System-related projects
- Biz Hub enhancement projects e.g. Implementing eStatement and suppressing hardcopy
- Commercial Cards product mailbox handling
- Work closely with MA on DMO reports and churning of segment reports for management/finance

reporting- Handles the yearly renewal and negotiation of the Corporate Liability Waiver and complimentary

Travel insurance- Other adhoc projects and initiatives

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 5 Years of relevant experience
- Ability to collaborate with other business partners and stakeholders to address key business challenges and opportunities
- Self starter, able to take ownership and drive projects to completion.
- Good computing skills
