UOB Travel began as a small travel agency in 1974 and has grown in size and reputation through dedicated professionalism and service excellence. In 1990, UOB Travel became a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore's leading international banking group - the United Overseas Bank Group. As such, UOB Travel is in the unique position of being the only travel agency in Singapore to have sound financial backing, reliability and security.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Head of Private Wealth and UOB Travel Planners Marketing, within Group Retail Marketing. This rolea is responsible for the marketing of UOB Travel Planners, a division of UOB that provides Travel Planning services to UOB customers and non-UOB customers.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Manger/AVP (Marketing) in UOB Travel, your main responsibilities are:

- Marketing collaboration with the bank’s internal stakeholders
- To work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing communications of UOB Travel deals to the bank’s client base - Wealth Banking, UOB Cards
- To liaise with the respective bank segment owners to drive online tactical promotions with the bank’s client base
- Relationship Marketing of our Concierge Travel Planning services
- To use data-driven insights on the UOB Affluent customer base to maximise client acquisition and purchase of UOBT packages services.
- To develop and execute high-touch events to engage and convert clients to purchase our UOBT services and packages.
- To deploy paid (social media/radio etc) and owned media (edm/sms etc) in a targeted manner focusing on delivering target customer acquisition, sales and to continually improve performance in terms of Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
- To drive Targeted leads generation via digital channels through promotions/deals.
- Minimal focus on mass customer base
- Delivery of minor campaigns to the larger mass customer base
- Marketing Sponsorship fulfilment for Tourism Board/Travel Partners
- To fulfill marketing activities and communications for Tourism Boards and Travel Partners’ marketing sponsorship commitments
- UOB Travel website and mobile app
- To drive targed traffic, leads generation and online sales via the revamped UOB Travel site and mobile app
- NATAS
- To coordinate and drive NATAS travel fairs. This includes:

- Design and setup of UOB Travel booth
- Development of marketing collaterals and communications plan
- Coordination of product deals and liaising with UOB Cards for joint marketing collaterals
- Coordination with UOB Travel staff on job rotation and welfare during the fair
- Product development & management
- To liaise with Inbound Tour Operators / Suppliers in developing tour itineraries and packages for selected destinations. This includes onboarding new operators / suppliers to UOB Travel partner list.
- To work with existing travel partners on offers and promotions
- To brief the sales team on itineraries, booking process, offers, terms and conditions
- To brief fulfilment and finance team on booking and payment process (if needed)

**Job Requirements**:

- Creative, highly motivated, dynamic personality and result-oriented with passion for challenges.
- Strong communicator and able to build good relationships with stakeholders and external vendors/ partners.
- Possess good planning skills with attention for details.
- Resourceful, independent and a good team player with positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to work under timeline pressures.
- Overtime may be required occasionally, extended weekday work hours and/ or on the weekends.

Recognised tertiary education with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience (prior experience in marketing for a travel/ hospitality industry is a bonus).
