**About the Department**:
Business Finance is responsible for financial reporting, planning, and advising on accounting issues, and analysis for a specific business unit, division, or product. Responsibilities include ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reporting, reconciliations, and more. The Finance function is responsible for activities related to the Accounting and Budget functions, in addition to payroll activities and Tax functions for the entire firm. Product control functions will also have responsibility for inventory pricing and mark review, and will liaise with other business and infrastructure areas to resolve issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Function Data Protection Officer on data management and data security policies and guidelines.
- Responsible to engage key stakeholders and develop processes to operationalize relevant data security and data management policies and guidelines.
- Preparation and provision of information reports for periodic and ad-hoc portfolio data risk oversight, performance monitoring and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with stakeholders on data related initiatives and projects
- Supporting Commercial Banking and Group Wholesale Banking and/or Bank-wide projects including system rollouts / enhancements and management dashboards.

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognized university degree with at least 2 years’ prior experience in the finance industry. Those with prior experience in Banking / Data Security / Data Management will have an advantage.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills are a requirement.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to articulate insights to the target audience using presentations / visualizations
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools like SAP BO, Qlik and PowerBI would be a plus
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to operate independently under pressure to produce accurate and timely deliverables.
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels
