**About the Department**:
Product Management in Business Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to SMEs through various business channels (ie. Sales, Channels, agencies, insurance providers, etc). It is responsible for conducting competitive loan product and pricing analyses, monitoring market trends, and assisting in product line positioning and new loan product development.
We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Management and Development
- Assisting product managers in developing new products and/or solutions, ensuring the competitiveness of existing products.
- Strengthens the sales effort by working with Sales and Marketing to define competitive market requirements and identify opportunities. May model profit and loss, or risk control.
- Helping to run campaigns, keeping track of results, preparation of presentation decks, UAT testing, collating and providing data for the team (eg. disbursements, data to relevant government bodies on property loans, etc).
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma or university degree at least 6 years of working experience
- Highly motivated person with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
