**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure retention and profitable of the existing Consumer Loans Portfolio
- To handle Housing Loans conversion requests and negotiation on pricing and packages
- To evaluate & restructure loans to meet customers’ financial needs
- To work with The Product Team to optimize on conversion packages offering and portfolio profitability
- To execute Proactive Retention Exercises initiated by The Product Team

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum with at least 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate

with people at all level- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
- A team player with dedication to provide premium services, quality performance and speed

on execution.- Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
