Singapore Apex Fund Services Limited Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.
- Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline.
- Maintain of shareholder files and investor records.
- Review fund documents and review existing procedures.
- Review and follow up with shareholders on pending documentation.
- Assist with payments.
- Respond to any internal/external queries efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with fund and shareholder audit requests.
- Any other functions detailed by Service Level Agreement.

**R**equ**irements**:

- Proven experience, ideally 2-3 years within a Shareholder Services/Transfer Agency function.
- Skilled in the use of spreadsheets and word processing packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines is required.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A willingness to take ownership of problems.
- The ability to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to speak and read Mandarin.
