Supervisor is responsible for the day to day administration of the fund allocated and will strive to be a one point contact to the Investment Manager and the Investors invested in the funds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and review tasks performed by staff, including subscriptions and redemptions, AML compliance, Payments, and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Train staff on processing Investor related transactions
- Assist the Account Manager in setting up of new funds, including the review of PPM (Private Placement Memorandum).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades
- Ensure release of trade confirmations, contract notes and account statements by agreed deadline
- Maintain of shareholder files and investor records. review fund documents and existing procedures.
- Review and follow up with shareholders on pending documentation, respond to any internal/ external queries and assist with Payments.

- At least 3 years Senior Fund Analyst experience with alternative investment funds, having exposure Shareholder Services / Transfer Agency process.
- A University degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -English.
- Advanced Computer Skills.
