Purpose of the Job

She/He works closely with Pricing and Promotion manager on strategic topics, identifies risk and opportunities to gain revenue.

She/He is also a key contact cross different departments/BU for requests related with capacity/sales of APAC villages and transversal projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to maximize the revenue of APAC villages
- Define strategy of yielding, MICE pricing, promotion proposal
- Manage a team of 2-3 analysts, support their daily tasks
- Be a partner of commercial countries and build yielding culture in APACAdapt working process/ methodology with company strategy

List of Tasks
- Support the team in final decision of yielding levers to maximize revenue (forecast, define the allotment for sales, minimum LOS, upgrade, overbook, occupancy by room etc.)
- Support the team in final forecast village occupancy and sales trend by country/BU
- Raise alert on risk and opportunity vs. Finance forecast whenever necessary for next step actions.
- Work closely with Pricing team on monthly promotion review and ad-hoc request, give proposal from RM perspective
- Coordinate with Europe for Europe commercial countries’ allotment & promotion set up/adjustment in APAC villages
- To review the monthly Group Pricing if needed to accerate group business based on RM forecast
- Take leadership to support team on RM topics/functions in order to gain confidence and trust within and outside RMP
- Support team on daily interface with commercial countries or within RMP sections
- Communication of key info/decision/strategy within team and with other departments/Countries/BUs
- Continue to challenge on current processes/tool to strike for better efficiency and productivity
- Represent APAC for NA development / projects led by RM & IT teams in Paris for testing and implementing in APAC
- Liaise with other BUs RM team to get relevant tools and implement good practices
- Integrate and accompany new staff
- Develop team skills by identifying training needs. Establish an action plan while coaching and training the team members
- Monitoring continuously the team, individual performances and areas of improvement and give appropriate feedbacks
- Make a close follow up of each team member and motivate them : Make sure that the schedule is respected and that a professional service is always provided

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master degree
- More than 5 years of experience in revenue management field with at least 2 years experience in managing team of analysts.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Strong analytical background, comfortable with figures
- Multicultural, Leadership, Adaptability, Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Result Oriented, Good Planning
- Microsoft Office, ISIS, Enterprise Guide, Qlikview
