Director of Revenue Optimization

We are seeking a seasoned revenue expert to lead our Net Revenue Management and Go To Market functions across APAC. This strategic role will drive growth through the implementation of NRM technologies and executional strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of revenue optimization initiatives, partnering with business units to improve systems and capabilities.
  • Optimize route-to-market and execution through collaboration with markets, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage key projects like DMS/SFE and Perfect Store Programs, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or commercial excellence, with expertise in customer and trade spend budget management.
  • Proven understanding of P&L levers and 5 pillars of NRM strategy, with ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with experience engaging leadership for process implementation.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
