**Call Center / Customer Service / Hospitality Exp**:

- **No Exp Welcome - Training Will Be Provided**:

- **5 Days / Office Hour / Able to work on Weekend**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls
- Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back when required
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess call centre / customer service / hospitality experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented and a good team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work on weekend and perform OT when required to

Other Information:

- Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)
- Location: Town
- Salary: Up to $3200/mth + OT + AWS + VB
