**Responsibility**
- 1. Provide excellent customer service to all Clients and Customers;
- 3. Contact for and coordination of product recalls;
- 4. Tracking of shipments;
- 5. Translation work;
- 6. Support Web-Analytics, as needed;
- 7. Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- 1. 1 years plus in customer service (optional);
- 2. Experience in a contact center environment or a work place with busy phone lines;
- 3. You have a confident manner towards customer and a high focus on service;
- 4. You are a strong team player with great communication skills;
- 5. Outstanding Japanese communication skills both written and verbal;
- 6. Excellent attention to detail;
- 7. Approachable and personable;
- 8. Ability to work autonomously and be self-managing;
- 9. Very good MS-Office knowledge.
- 10. Great phone manner is a must
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
