We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Front Desk & Admin Executive** to be the face of our Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centers. You will manage daily front office operations, provide excellent service, and assist with administrative coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations and invoices for customers
- Perform cashier duties, including payment collection and reconciliation
- Manage day-to-day operations and liaise with HQ when necessary
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the service reception area

**Requirements**:

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle difficult or demanding customers calmly and professionally
- Strong sense of responsibility and good attendance
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset
- **Preferably female** (customer-facing role)
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Mobile Service Center: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Local Singaporean (required)
