- Position Title: Admin Assistant / Accounts Admin / Customer Service
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday
- Salary Package: Basic up to $2,500+ Variable bonus

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general admin duties including filling, data entry and answering calls.
- Process purchase orders, liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Arrange courier and dispatch services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents.
- Support the accounts team with data entry of vendor invoices and matching vendor statements of accounts (SOA).
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
