As a Patient Service Associate in Urgent Care Centre (UCC), staff will be responsible for the delivery of friendly and efficient customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients. The key aim of the role is to provide excellent patient care and satisfaction, and also to contribute to the smooth operations of the hospital.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Handle patient-related administrative tasks such as the scheduling of appointments
- Handle basic patient care and clinical duties
- Perform basic monitoring of patient parameters
- Assist in patient portering and ward inventory
- Handle patient admission, discharge and transfers
- Assist clinic/nurse manager in administrative duties
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in computer skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon & night)
