- Experienced with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts; oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents as requested
- Able to negotiate with freight forwarders on rates, able to communicate with clients on deliveries and simple customer service skills
- Able to operate on Quick books and have some background in book keeping an added advantage
- Singaporean Preferred
