As we are currently expanding our operations, we are looking to hire a kickass Junior Administrative to join our team.

**Job Details**

Your day to day task will include managing our Daily Data Entry, Recruitment Calls, Manpower Allocation, Co-callings, Reporting as well as taking on the administrative portion of new projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Tracking daily employee attendance across our projects
- Managing company group chats and employees
- Co-calls

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates welcome (no experience needed)
- Able to work on google sheets and documents
- Fluent in English and/or Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
- Detailed, result oriented and a quick learner
- Enjoys interacting with people

- 8H to 10H of admin (Weekly)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $100.00 per week
