Training Administrator

Scope of work:
- Planning and Coordinate training sessions with participants & trainers
- Logistic preparation for training venue, resources and training aids
- Submission, updating and maintaining of training records to accreditation bodies and government portal
- Map out training plans and schedule
- Printing of training materials and certificates
- Gathering of training feedback and reporting
- Tracking of invoices and payment
- General Office Administration support
Requirements and Skills:
- Knowledge of training management systems and web delivert tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Experience as training coordinator, faciliator or similar role
- Strong communication sjills
- MS office proficiency
- Organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
