**Summary**:
You will be part of a team of HR in steering HR direction and support to business excellence. As a team, you will work with operation departments in recruitment, staff engagement, performance management etc.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Handle full cycle of HR functions duties
- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process, including recruitment & screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection, placement performance management, training & development.
- Responsible for handling employee relationship and grievances
- Assists in monthly payroll processing
- Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
- Initiate programs to facilitate staff communication, bonding, and promote a positive working environment
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, and provide administrative support to all staff
- Generate Monthly Staff Commission Report, design and develop a sales target scheme in support of the Company's goal and requirement
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties by superiors from time to time
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Generalist in Beauty industry, with good experience in payroll processing
- Good understanding of the HR practices including Employment Act
- Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
- Good working attitude & self-driven
- Able to work in a fast - paced environment
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and able to interact with people at all levels
- Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
**Responsibilities**
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and day to day HR administrative duties
- Provide support to line managers to communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business objectives
- Responsible for full-cycle of talent acquisition including exit interview, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for all employees
- Collect information and data to monitor new joins and line managers' feedbacks
- Compile and analyse exit questionnaires to obtain insights about the employee’s motivations for leaving the organisation
- Manage the training administration process including enrolment, training needs analysis, payment, maintaining training records and post-training evaluations
- Handle all work pass related matters and personnel data management for all employees
- Involve in the implementation of on-going HR planning and project
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
