Job Overview:
The Human Resources Officer/Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with employment laws. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and develops talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in an engineering or construction-related industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, payroll processing, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
