- Perform inventory control of file records and cartons
- Responsible for ensuring efficient delivery or pickup according to schedule/pick slip. Receiving, checking and performing count and tally check on physical files and cartons against the documentation received, Accurate picking and packing of file cartons daily
- Daily status reporting. Escalate and report any discrepancies or irregularity
- Preparation of documents. Check against documents with drivers/forwarders when loading for transfer to other sites
