Castillon Security, a subsidiary of the Spearpoint Security Group, with business interests across Asia and the UK seeks to appoint an Executive Chairman to lead the company in its next phase of growth.

Applicants need a thorough understanding of Asian countries and work culture, a proven track record and ability to manage businesses across multiple countries. A working knowledge of at least one Asian language would be an advantage, as would a military background in communications and engineering.

Castillon Security was founded in Singapore in 2011 with the primary aim of providing a full suite of premium security services.

Singapore is geographically a key centre for Global, South East Asian and multi-national companies to establish regional Head Quarters and as such, Singapore provides a springboard for growth within South East Asia and ASEAN.

Spearpoint, as part of its own South East Asian and ASEAN growth strategy, decided to acquire Castillon to provide the Group with a platform when working with companies who require a security partner in the region.

Castillon, with its focus on premium manned security services and close customer interface, has grown rapidly and its customers include, commercial building owners/managers, government owned recreational clubs, university campuses including staff and student housing, factories, warehouses and logistic yards.
