Job Responsibilities
- Study and review tender requirement, bills of Quantities (BOQ), scope of works and collaborate with relevant teams and suppliers to gather necessary input for price estimation.
- Negotiate quotation and sale terms with suppliers to optimize the pricing to ensure price estimation meets the clients’ requirement.
- Study and continuously looking into opportunity to enhance profit margin by value engineering (VE) or by evaluating an alternative solution.
- Assist Sales, Project & Service team with speedy and accurate price estimation for tender awarded both locally & around the region.
- Operate on the Business Central (BC) system for business integration and operation enhancement.
- Study and evaluate different cost and structure within the cost sheet for slim-lining and margin improvement.

Job Requirement
- Possess diploma / degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of related working experiences.
- Well versed in Excel spreadsheet & Microsoft Office software.
- Able to understand Layout drawing will be an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadline.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
