
Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare accurate quotations by calculating material dimensions, quantities, and fabrication costs
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to derive necessary measurements
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, project follow-ups, and delivery timelines
- Liaise with clients, production teams, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain and update records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and client communication
- Generate sales reports and assist in tender submissions
- Provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams
- Follow up on delivery schedules, invoicing, and customer feedback
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and confident in doing manual calculations (e.g. area, length, volume, weight)
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or project admin role
- Familiarity with technical or fabrication drawings is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP or quotation systems
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Working Hours: Monday
- Friday 9am
- 6pm
Transport will be provided from Boon Lay MRT.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
