**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Key areas of responsibility and tasks**:
- Identify new leads through corporation Global Sales (Geographical area is within APAC).
- Together with Director of Sales responsible for bringing in new customers.
- Plan and Execute the First Contact and deliver detailed proposals to ensure high success rate.
- Grow & Develop trusted relationships with assigned client portfolio.
- Coordinate with KAM team to ensure strong onboarding of accounts from KAM, Global and Partner secured business.
- Report opportunities in CRM (presently BAGEL).
- Key Account Management - Such as, but not limited to:
- Coordination between Internal Stakeholders in the UK, Denmark and Far East
- Follow up on client concerns, respond to and resolve any service related issues.
- Ensure accounts are healthy and delivers on both Top as well as bottom line.
- Ensure reporting and SLA is delivered to the accounts.
- Support Collection of Debt when required.
- Exceed the recovery KPI for Stock loss.
- AX commenting - comment on Reason codes set by Stock taking team to drive VR improvements.
- Conduct review meetings as per the agreements with the customers.
- Proactively suggest improvements for corporation to deliver better Cost to Serve.
- Being Ambassadors for proactive service and growth mindset.
- Participate in Group Sales meetings and support driving Growth for the group
