**Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of the Admin, HR and Finance related work area
- Assist in the procurement of PPE, uniform, pantry and office supply and issuance of Purchase Order, stock check
- Checking of invoice, match of DO/PO, submit for verification and update receipt bank
- Matching and vouching of delivery orders and invoices
- Prepare Purchase Orders for work-related expenses
- To provide administrative support to the team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Application, cancellation, renewal of work passes
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders (stationery, pantry supplies, ART kits, facemask etc)
- Scheduling of meeting/ appointment (Internal/External)
- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Possess a Diploma in administration/accounting or equivalent.
- Strong team player and receptive to change
- At least 2 years proven relevant work experience
- Proficient with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Entry Level are welcome too
