**What the role is**
- You will support the Workplace Experience team in MCI's Corporate Development Division. This is a 6-month temporary role from Nov 23 - May 24.
**What you will be working on**
- Office Management
- Assist Assistant Director in monitoring the performance of the outsourced vendor
- Administrative and operational support to the unit
- Management of Resource Booking System
Events Planning and Execution
- Assist Assistant Manager to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives.
- Support in running of events, e.g. event logistics, catering, transportation, audio-visual arrangements, etc.
- Oversee event execution to ensure smooth operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
Budget Management
- Assist the Assistant Director to manage the budget allocated for Workplace Experience, events, and place management initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
**What we are looking for**
- Background in Corporate Services or other relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in planning and executing successful events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset and a passion for designing unique and innovative workplace experiences.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
