This is a **6-9 months **contract HR Manager / Senior Executive position, the role is responsible for:

- Delivering HR services as set out in the organisation and local compliance framework and in accordance with FC HR policies and in Compliance with the statutory guidelines
- Manage employment-related operational matters including onboarding and offboarding of employees, and ensuring proper administration of benefits and employee records
- Managing Payroll services (vendor) for all legal entities based in Singapore
- Support in the planning of employee engagement activities and implementation
- Assist in the implementation, coordination and monitoring of the safe management system at the workplace to ensure compliance with workplace Safe Management measures

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in HR or related specialised fields
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Generalist role and payroll management is a must
- In-depth appreciation of core employment law principles such that they can judge risks and benefits
- Well versed in local employment and regulatory
- Experienced and similar in payroll management
- Experience in HR Policy and process development is a plus
- Passionate about delievering seamless HR services
