**Job Description**:
1. Responsible for the human resource management of companies and implementing the various work requirements of the headquarters on human resource management.

2. Responsible for formulating the annual human resources management objectives and annual work plans of the companies.

3. Responsible for supervising and guiding companies to establish a complete human resource management system, and improve various management processes, systems and standards, but not limited to compensation and benefits framework and policy, recruitment and grading system, employee training system.

4. Review existing process, workflow and enhance HR efficiency

5. Responsible for employee recruitment and employment relationship management.

Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resource management,and other related majors.

2.More than 3 years of human resources work experience, and experience of the establishment of HR management system is advantageous.

3.Strong motivation, communication, coordination and good leadership skills, good management, and decision-making skills,

4.Practical experience in human resource strategic planning, organizational structure construction, compensation and benefit design, performance incentive assessment, employee training.

5.Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and policies

6.Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
