**What you will be working on**
- We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Workplace Experience team in MCI's Corporate Development Division as a temporary staff member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support our team in a variety of areas, including office management, events support, and budget management.
Office Management
- Oversee and working with office management vendor to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide Administrative and operational support to the unit
- Management of Resource Booking System (e.g. assist to deconflict bookings)
- Cost recovery for services delivered by Facility management providers
- To manage the budget allocated for Workplace Experience, events, and place management initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control. Provide regular updates to the team and ensure accuracy in budgeting.
Events Support
- Provide logistic support to set up the meeting rooms for events
- Provide support for event planning for corporate events
**What we are looking for**
- Background in Corporate Services or other relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience in planning and executing successful events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset and a passion for designing unique and innovative workplace experiences.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
