1. Employee Transfer / Exit Administration
- Prepare Transfer Letters
- Prepare Acceptance of Resignation/ Termination/ AWOL letters
- Verify payments of final salary for resignees for next level’s approval

2. Employee Employment Contract Renewal / Re-employment of Employees’ Reaching Retirement Age
- Prepare Contract renewal / End contract letter

3. Work Injury Compensation Insurance (WICA)
- Submit MOM i-Report for workplace accidents
- Collate and submit document to insurer to claim WICA
- Reimburse medical expenses to employees

4. Insurance Billings
- Process annual insurance premium billing
- Process pre-employment and Outpatient, Specialist & dental / Pre-employment medical invoices

5. Insurance Claims
- Follow-up on insurance claims payment to NOK

6. Work Pass Application and Renewal

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree with 1 or 2 years working experience
- 6 months Contract (till End Dec 22)
- Able to start work at short notice will be an added advantage
