Head of Claims and Operations

**Your new company**

My client, a well respected and established MNC Broking firm is looking to onboard a Head of Claims to manage the Property and Casualty Claims portfolio for Singapore.

**Your new role**

You will be required to manage the end to end processes for claims across the P&C lines of business. You will be a point of contact for complex claims and provide claims solutions and determine coverage.

You will be working in tandem with the Head of Claims, Asia to ensure operations are smooth. You will be maintaining strong business relationships with various stakeholders for claim related issues.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and training to junior staff to ensure the claims teams are abreast of process and policy changes and to encourage the growth and development of the team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have at least 10 years experience handling claims (complex, reinsurance and/or technical)
Strong communication skills
CGI and/or ANZIIF or ACII
