**Position: Personal Assistant or Secretary to CEO**:

- **Location: Near Aljunied MRT**:

- **Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (9.00am
- 6.00pm)**:

- **Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3700 + VB + 14 days AL + $150 annual medical benefit**:

- **Duration: Permanent**:

- **Industry: Baby, maternity and household items**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Attend to guests and visitors, arrangement of luncheons, preparation for meetings and presentation materials
- Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of clients and contact information
- Handle expenses claim, travel arrangement and errands for the CEO
- General office administrative duties include attending to walk-ins, assist to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing, sorting and distribution of incoming calls and faxes, procurement and management of stationery and pantry supplies
- Maintenance of office equipment, telephone system and cleanliness of the office
- Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Experience in HR-related functions is necessary
- Experience in secretarial duties and/or staffing for Senior Management
- IT-savvy with good proficiency in offline and online productivity tools such as Microsoft
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications**
