
Secretary to CEO

**This position will be a short term contract of 1 to 3 months responsible for administrative support duties.
**Job Responsibilities for Secretary
- Provide full secretarial support to the CEO which includes business and personal matters.
- Manage the Director’s business / personal calendar, meeting appointments, travel schedule and travel arrangements - demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
- Work closely with the CEO to provide support for various administrative activities.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Perform General Office administrative duties includes attending to walk-in Guests of CEO, assisting to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing.
- Buy meals for lunch meetings if required.
- Buy coffee / snacks for CEO / Guests if required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in secretarial duties is preferred.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
- Can start work immediately
