**Job Description**:
- To provide full secretarial and administrative support to CEO
- Prepare, organize and coordinate all presentations/ conferences/ meetings/ events
- Manage Superior’s schedule and ensure that all appointments/ meetings are timely and notified
- Support in the preparation of all meeting agendas and presentation materials
- Perform minutes taking and ensure accurate and timely distribution of minutes to all attendees of meeting
- Set up an efficient filing and document control system to ensure proper documentation of all documents
- Develop and maintain electronic filing and archive system for easy storage, retrieval and management of documents
- Follow up on all matters timely and professionally with regards to the communication and coordination of all meetings with internal and external parties
- Ensure confidentiality of information when handling confidential documents
- Provide support in Company related events and ad-hoc projects/ tasks as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Good problem solving ability and resourceful
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English
- Meticulous and confident individual with strong sense of responsibility and pro-active
- Able to multi-task, organized and prioritize with a sense of urgency and work in a fast paced environment within tight deadlines
- Mature and professional with strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications & Experiences
- Diploma in Business/Secretarial studies with Private Secretarial Certification or equivalent preferably (not necessarily required)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
