As an Operations Executive in the Motorcycle Industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the company's operations and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the motorcycle company.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team and owners.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
Draft, edit, and format documents, correspondence, and reports.
Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.

Preparation of Sales Agreement between seller/buyer.

Creating of Quotation and Invoices for Customers

**Customer Relations**:
Handle customer complaints and direct them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to enhance their overall experience.

**Sales and Marketing Support**:
Assist with sales order processing, including data entry, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
Support the organization and execution of events and product launches.

**Inventory Management**:Assist with inventory tracking and management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries of parts and accessories.

**Finance and Bookkeeping**:
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.

**Operational Support**:
Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Order office supplies and equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in the motorcycle industry
- Knowledge and passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry is **preferred **.
- Prefer to have a Car or Bike license
- Proficiency in office software such as Quickbooks,Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
