**Roles & Responsibilities**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handles pre-training administrative matters such as ensuring learners are enrolled in the accurate sessions, communications are being sent out, and logístical matters are being settled prior to the training.
- Addresses queries of learners and their managers, should any arise, and consult with the APAC rLearn Partner on the best course of action if solutioning is required.
- Supports trainers (if required) in the capacity as a co-host, specifically in the area of video conferencing functionalities, co-facilitation etc. If need be, to step up to facilitate learning sessions.
- Any other ad-hoc programmatic work.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with experience communicating across all levels of the organization, as well as externally
- Established record of ownership and self direction
- Proactive in seeking solutions and answers
