**Assistant Manager, Branding & Digital Marketing**

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand identity and digital presence. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be a key driver in executing the digital marketing initiatives in line with the organisation brand. This dynamic position requires a creative and strategic thinker with exceptional digital marketing and communications skills and a passion for building and strengthening brand equity.
- Support the development of and implement a comprehensive branding and digital marketing strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and values
- Experience in creating content for and managing digital media assets, in particular Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Oversee the management of corporate website and microsites, and production of marketing collaterals and other information materials
- Undertake editorial work for in-house publications and oversee their production
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mass communications or marketing, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience preferred
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Flexible to work on weekday evenings and weekends, when required
