To contribute as a visionary member of AHL to provide strategic and operational leadership in corporate development for next phase of transformation of AHL.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.
- Ensure overall financial compliance, and maintenance of accounting books.
- Maintain the General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers, finalize month-end reports, upkeep records for audit e.g. recording of journal entries (receipts, payments, purchases, stock, services invoicing, accruals, audit adjustments, etc.
- Maintain accounts payables & receivables.
- Process cheque and cash payments to suppliers and staff reimbursements.
- Maintain and monitor cashflow, and manage day-to-day banking.
- Liaison with external auditors and bankers.
- Administer monthly payroll, including fillings to IRAS and CPF.
- Preparation of Tax forms, Statutory Financial Reporting, Funding Applications/Claims (such as recurrent subvention, CST, Medifund and ad-hoc grants) and GST reporting.
- Liaison with AIC, MOH and other relevant authorities on grants and subsidies, etc.
- Support and coordinate between Head of Finance & Compliance/CEO and Management Committee members.
- Assist in the implementation of improvement to the system as may be required.
- Supervise the Accounts Assistant.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional accounting qualifications with 2-3 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts and payroll processing by using accounting/payroll software.
- Knowledge of accounting/payroll systems/software management.
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently in tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with initiative and positive working attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
